Accessorize your Coleman Roadtrip Grill

First, use wood chips in grilling. Position your woods well too! Use Hickory with pork, Oak wood chips are best for chicken and beef, and Cherry is for the fish and the vegetables. Second, use spatulas that are stainless steel and around 15-16 inches long. Third, do not use forks too often. You don’t want to get all the juices out but if you really want to, use a stainless steel one. Fourth, your primary food moving accessory is a tong. It should be stainless steel. It is important that it is heavy-duty and does not bend or twist. It should be at least 16 inches long. Fifth, do not undercook nor you should overcook. Avail of a red meat thermometer so the right doneness of the meat is achieved. Sixth, make sure you have a Chef’s knife and a wooden cutting board. The ideal knife is 8 inches long and also remember to keep it sharp. Seventh, even if the side shelves are enough for your storage, it is important that you bring an extra outdoor table. Eighth, bring 2-inches pastry brush which has natural bristles. This will not melt even if brought too close to heat. Lastly, the leather grill gloves. This protects you from heat and the grease.
